Howard S. James

Howard S. James Jr. of Bensalem, known as Bud to his family and friends, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 67.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Bensalem, he was the son of the late Howard James and Ella Sears. Over the years, he was a Plant Manager at Union Carbide, Jet Plastica and First Brand/ Clorox. After he retired, he worked part time as a driver for Bucks County Transport.

Howard was a past member of the Nottingham Fire Department who also enjoyed Philadelphia sports, cars, and being poolside with his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his brother, William James, and his granddaughter, Alicia Krzemien.

Howard will be greatly missed by his children, Thomas James (Brenda), Michael James and his wife, Michelle, Joseph James (Joanne), and Annmarie James; his loving companion and best friend, Deb Manel; and grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Scott, William and Mileigh. He will also be greatly missed by his great grandchildren, Jacob and Aubrey; his brothers, Bob James (Leigh), Jack James and his wife, Karen; and his nieces and nephews.

Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to The American Cancer Society.Galzerano Funeral Home, Bristol ~ Levittown
