Katherine E. Pentz 

Katherine E. Pentz, 93, of Levittown, and formerly of Montoursville, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Silver Lake Nursing Center in Bristol, Pa. 

She was born on November 7, 1912 in Palmerton, Pa., a daughter of Henry L. and Gwendolyn Downs Pentz. 

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In 1972 she retired after 30 years of teaching at Bensalem Township School District. 

The Funeral Service will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2006 at the Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, with Pastor Connie A. Waugh officiating. Interment will follow in the Montoursville Cemetery. Friends will be received on Monday from 1:30 - 2:30 at the funeral home.
