Allan S. Per, Ph.D, of Bensalem died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 76.

He was a well-respected teacher at Bensalem High School for 29 years.

Preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Ann, he is survived by his brother, Sheldon Per (Carolyn); his nieces, Stephanie Per and Tracy McCoy (Charles), his nephew, Geoffrey Per (Beth); and nine great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to graveside funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at King David Memorial Park, 3594 Bristol Road, Bensalem. Shiva will be observed Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the home of Sheldon and Carolyn Per.
