Obituary

William J. Dingley age 69 of the Andalusia section of Bensalem passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Bensalem for most of his life and was a graduate of Bensalem High School. Bill was a carpenter by trade, specializing in custom finish trim work and was known for his precision, attention to detail, and artistic abilities. He also enjoyed going fishing on the Delaware River and the Neshaminy Creek. Bill regularly attended Sunday services at Andalusia Baptist Church.

He is the beloved father of Elizabeth Ann Dingley; dear grandfather to Gabriel Deems and Caryn Deems; cherished son of the late Arthur J. Dingley and the late Mary E. Dingley (nee Upright); devoted brother of Mary Schneider, Marilyn Eastburn, Elmira Scott, Joseph Dingley, John Dingley, Carolyn Mee, Daniel Dingley, James Dingley, Robert Dingley, the late Arthur J. Dingley, Jr., the late Elizabeth Dingley, and the late David J. Dingley; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Services will be private.
