W. Todd Ruggie of Doylestown passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Doylestown Hospital. He was 68 years old. Todd enjoyed biking, collecting model trains, classic cars, trips to the beach and all forms of home improvement projects. He worked as a stationary engineer for General Motors for over 20 years. Todd will be sadly missed by his children: Matthew Ruggie (Dawn), Jenna Ruggie-Archer (Andre), Lauren Hopkins (Angel) and Kyle Taylor; His sister: Suzanne Ruggie; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Taylor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation, Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 1 to 2 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 2 PM.
