Charles Edward Cera Jr.

Charles Edward Cera, Jr. passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Abington Memorial Hospital. He was 69. Born in Philadelphia, he was a Bensalem resident for many years, prior to moving to Kill Devil Hills, NC, where he resided for 14 years was a resident of Morrisville, Jim Thorpe and Hatboro for the past 15 years. Charles was employed as a produce manager for Food Lion and also worked in sales at Rice and Holman Ford and the parts department at McCafferty Ford. He was an Eagle Scout and belonged to the Order of the Arrow. Additionally, he was also very active with the Boy Scouts in Morrisville.

Son of the late Charles Edward Cera, Sr., he is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Cera-Nidweski, his loving partner, Marti Faillace-Gabel, his children, Charles Edward Cera, III, Daniel J. Cera (Cotton) and Jared Cera, his grandchildren, Naomi and Isiah Cera and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Jean Cera-Tolan and Eileen Cera. He was also predeceased by his brother, David H. Cera. He is also survived by his aunt (Jane Carr), nieces and a nephew as well as great nieces, nephews and his life-long friend Beryl Bond-Rosen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration on Monday, January 3, 2022, 10:00am followed by his Memorial Service at 11:00am at Trinity Cathedral, 801 West State Street, Trenton, NJ. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Boy Scouts of America.
