Madelyn F. Thomas of Langhorne passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was 64.
She is survived by her husband, Larry A. Thomas; daughter, Kristen, at home; sisters, Phyllis Green of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., Patricia Hicks-Lynch of Edgewater Park, N.J., brothers, Steven Hicks of Yardley, and Douglas Hicks of Langhorne; sisters-in-law, Gail Thomas, Valerie Thomas, Leslie Thomas of Yardley, and Tracey Walker of Mount Laurel. She also is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She also leaves two great aunts, Mrs. Grace Miller and Mrs. Catherine Pugh.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Love Fellowship Tabernacle Church, 5918 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem. A period of mediation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. The interment will be in White Chapel Cemetery, Feasterville. I remember Madelyn through all of my years in school. Always kind and a true athlete. Wish we could have reconnected at our annual class picnic; it would have been great to see her again. My condolences to her family.

I just found an old newspaper clipping indicating Madeline and I were in 2nd grade Andalusia Elementary together. I'll bet we were in 1st grade together too. Wish we could have reconnected at one of our class annual picnics and then seen each other throughout the years.
