Dwaine P. Beyer, 63, of Cumru Twp., passed away on May 13, 2018, at his residence.

Born in Abington, he was the son of the late Wayne R. Beyer and Jane L. Sultzbaugh, wife of Charles Sultzbaugh.

Mr. Beyer was a U.S. Army Veteran, proudly serving his country for 16 years, earning the rank of Major. After

retiring from the Army, Dwaine went on to become a caseworker for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Public Welfare, a title he held for 10 years.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his brothers: Earl R. Beyer, of Palmyra, Glenn M. Beyer, of Mohnton, and Kenneth J. Sultzbaugh, husband of Susan, of Bridgewater, N.J. Also surviving are nieces, Carolyn and Lauren Sultzbaugh; and nephews: Brian, Jonathan and David Beyer.

Memorial Services will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends and

relatives from 2-3:00 p.m.
