Frederick Adami

Frederick J. Adami Frederick J. Adami died suddenly on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at the age of 52. Born in Abington and raised in Lower Bucks County, Fred resided in Cincinnati, Ohio for many years prior to returning to Lower Bucks County. He was a 1983 graduate of Bensalem High School. Fred was a devout member of Woodside Presbyterian Church. He was a very hard worker and will be remembered as a skilled master craftsman. An avid fan of the Philadelphia Flyers, Fred was a staunch supporter of all of the Philly sports teams. He enjoyed fishing, music and was a huge fan of “Rush.” Fred will be remembered as a man of faith and his strong love of the Lord. He was the loving father of Maranda Busemeyer, Gregory Gros, Mollie, Maggie and Thomas Adami, and the devoted grandfather of Cooper, Paxton and Nolan. Fred is also survived by his mother, Jane Girotti (Ron); his father, Fred Schell (Judy); siblings, Jane Anne Sweeney (Brad), Richard Adami (Chrissi), David Adami (Kim), Bobby Schell (Dawn) and Stacey Schell; and his step siblings, Ron, Stephanie and Nick Girotti. He will also be sadly missed by his grandmother, Fortunata Girotti; his grandfather, James Schell; many nieces, nephews and extended family; and his close friends, Heather Giglio and John Crumlish. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you root for the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl and the Philadelphia Flyers forever. James J.
