Barbara H. Pinto, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 10, 2022, she was 78. Born in Philadelphia to the late Russell William and Edna (Sands) Hunsberger. Barbara worked for many years as a hostess at Peter’s Pancake House. She was a member of Trevose United Methodist Church and she was an artist who enjoyed painting, playing the piano, crocheting and knitting. Barbara was a long time resident of Bensalem and Levittown before moving to South Carolina 15 years ago.

Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband Russ and brother Russell “Billy” Hunsberger. She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughters Norma (Charlie) Foley-Moore of Bluffton, South Carolina and Patti (Jason) Pinto-Pirah of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Along with her dear grandchildren Bridget Foley, Christopher Foley, and Katie Foley, and 5 great-grandchildren Kamryn, C.J., Grace, Skylar and Willow. Also by her brothers Raymond, Robert, and Richard Hunsberger and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside service 11:30am Monday, April 18, 2022 at Beechwood Cemetery 2026 Bensalem Blvd. Bensalem, PA 19020.

Sending my sincere sympathy to you as you grieve for your sweet mother. My memories of Barbara at BHS are a fun and fabulous young woman. We had lots of good teen times together. I am sure it is a difficult time for you all and know you are in my prayers.
