Obituary

Marjorie Miller of Trevose, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. She was 65 years old. Marjorie was born in Kingston, PA to her parents Abe and Shirley Barber. After moving to Bensalem, she grew up in Nottingham; eventually graduating from Bensalem High School. She married the love of her life, Malcan. They had 2 wonderful children together: Jennifer and Jace. She loved them tremendously. Marjorie loved spending summers in Wildwood with her family and having great times at the beach. Marjorie had a zest for life and was always quick to make someone laugh and have a good time. She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide at St. Mary Medical Center, until retiring to care for her husband. Marjorie became a grandmother in 2018 to her “honey girl”, Audrey Etalia. She adored being “Grammy girl” and loved spending time playing with Audrey. She is survived by her mother Shirley Barber (nee Reese) and two brothers; James and Jeffery Barber; her daughter Jennifer Camp (nee Miller) and son Jace Miller; her son-in-law Jeffrey Camp; her granddaughter Audrey Camp; her nieces Ashley Barber and Victoria Roller (Will); her sisters-in-law Janna MacConnell (Bruce) and Jodi Umscheid (Karl); and her nephews Brandon and Bruce MacConnell (Allison), James and John Szypula. She was preceded in death by her father Abe “Jake” Barber; her husband Malcan Miller; and her mother-in-law Jane Miller (nee Lovett). A Celebration of Life will be held at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Ave., Bensalem, PA on Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM with a service to occur at 11:00 AM. Ronald Moyer (1974)

I graduated with Margie. She was a good friend. In later years we were friends on Facebook and talked often. I will truly miss her. I talked to her not long before she passed. I had no idea she was even sick. RIP Margie.😇😇
