Walt was my lifelong friend.  He was my best man and always lived up to that role in life.  We shared many great times together and I'll miss hearing his infectious laugh.  His passing came as a shock to me - he was still so young at heart.  I'll remember you always, my friend.

Walt was my very first love (from second grade on).  I finally told him that at the reunion several years ago (his wife and my husband were present).  I was ready to send him a belated birthday wish when I got the email telling of his passing.  I'll never forget when he tried to get me convicted of murder in the Senior Class play, The Night of January 15th.  My condolences to Suanne and the Bernacki family.  Rest in Peace, Walt.  You will always be my first love.
