Dennis G. Moessner

Dennis G. Moessner, of Churchville, Pa. passed away Nov. 28, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 66.

Born in Phila., Dennis was a resident of Churchville for the past 35 years and formerly of the Nottingham section of Bensalem.

Dennis was a Bensalem High School graduate, Class of 1971.

He was employed as the service manager with Dredge Harbor, retiring in 2008 after 18 years of service. A member of the Southampton Fire Company, a member of the Langhorne Rod and Gun Club and a member of the North Southampton Reformed Church.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, Mary Jane (Patterson), and devoted father of Dorothy Jean "DJ" Moessner. Brother of Richard Moessner (Nancy). Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service Saturday Dec. 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the North Southampton Reformed Church 1380 Bristol Road, Southampton, PA 18966 where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southampton Fire Company, 925 East Street Rd. Southampton, PA 18966 or to Asplundh Cancer Pavilion, 3941 Commerce Ave., Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Hello everyone
This is DJ. Dennis Moessner daughter....I wanted to post here as Dad had quite a few friends my family and I have no contact info for but since many of those he was connected to on Facebook either grew up with dad, went to school with him or was somehow connect with Trevose Rescue Squad and/or the various fire departments
It very much made him so happy to re-connect with you all
I know you all cared for him very much
That being said....it hurts so very very awful bad to tell you all....

Dad passed away suddenly about 12:45am Thanksgiving morning

His funeral will be held
Saturday, December 7th, 2019 at
North and Southampton Reformed Church
Located at....
1380 Bristol Rd.
Churchville Pa, 18966

10:00am to 11;00am my family and I will be greeting everyone/accepting condolences

11am will start the service itself

We will be burying him (his ashes) in the memorial garden at the same church
However, that will be a private immediate family only affair

Every, any and all people who loved and cared about my dad is greatly welcome and encouraged to come

I want dad to look at his funeral from wherever he may be beyond the beyond and see a HUGE SEA of people come to say goodbye and think WOW ALLLLL THOSE PEOPLE REALLY LOVED ME THAT MUCH? and finally know how much not only me, mom, and uncle rick did...but that you all cared so very much for him too

Thank you to anyone who has already reached out to me, mom, and family during all this and sent such amazing support and love our way
