Marie A. Rossbaurer

September 14, 1928 - July 12, 2024

Marie A. Rossbauer, age 95, of Levittown, passed away peacefully at her home in Falls Township on Friday July 12, 2024. Born in Webster Grove, Missouri, she moved to Lower Bucks County in 1929. She was a 1946 graduate of Bensalem High School. Mrs. Rossbauer was employed for 20 years with the IRS, was involved with Girl Scouting, and she ran her own furniture repair and refinishing business. Marie enjoyed gardening, wood working, traveling, photography, music, and making jewelry. But mostly, she enjoyed spending time ‘up the Creek’ with her family at their house on the Loyalsock, in Lycoming County.  Beloved daughter of the late Jessie (Green) and August Haenchen, she is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Dellaporte (John Gabryelewicz), Barbara L. Carr (Patrick), Gail Rossbauer-Sutton, her grandchildren, Kelsey Dellaporte (Aram Lund) and Jackson Sutton (Ana Ventura Sutton), and nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her Life Celebration on Wednesday July 31st, 2024, from 11am to 1pm, at the Beck Givnish Funeral Home, 7400 New Falls Rd. Levittown, Pa. 19055. The memorial service will begin at 12 noon.
