In Memory
Beverly Jay Yeager, age 83, former longtime resident of Delanco, NJ, passed peacefully on May 13, 2025.
Bev was born and raised in Cornwells Heights, PA. She and her husband Albert C. Yeager, Jr., married in 1960 and moved to Delanco in 1975. Bev was active in the community and helped establish the Rams Booster Club at Riverside High School while her children attended.
In 1982 Bev and Al purchased a deli on Main St. in Riverton, NJ that they named, D & D Deli, after their children. For 20 years, D&D Deli was their whole life and Bev dedicated all of her time to the store. She became a fixture in town, making many friends that were like family, and the deli became well known in the area.
Bev and Al were always together, and in retirement they moved to Delaware. They enjoyed travelling the World together and regular visits to the casinos. After Al passed in 2012, Bev moved back to Burlington County, NJ and ultimately to Princeton, NJ where she lived for the past several years.
Bev was predeceased by her parents, Victoria and David Jay Seitz, and by her beloved husband of 52-years, Albert Charles Yeager, Jr. She is survived by her son, David Charles Yeager, her daughter, Denise Jay Noe and her husband Bruce, and by her grandchildren, Brandon Charles Noe (wife, Kelly) and Emily Victoria Noe. Bev is also survived by her extended family members and many dear friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, followed by her celebration of life memorial service at 10:00 AM, all at the WEBER FUNERAL HOME, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, NJ 08077.
