Kathryn M. Cartier

Kathryn M. Cartier, 79, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at her home in Florence, NJ.

Born in Bensalem, PA, she was a resident of Florence for most of her life.

Kathryn was a tool room attendant for Lockheed Martin until her retirement in 2009.

Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Beatrice Sohns Birtel, and her husband, David Cartier, she is survived by her, sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Jo-Anne Cartier, Joseph and Emma Cartier, and Kevin and Helen Cartier; her daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Stuart Emmons; grandchildren, David (Samantha) Cartier, Samanatha Cartier, Jacob and Zachary Emmons, and Avery Cartier; and her great-grandchildren, Ruby and Georgie Cartier.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel, 1799 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3800 E State Street, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

Burial will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, N. Hanover, NJ.

Due to cemetery flower regulations, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Samaritan Hospice in lieu of flowers.
