RICHARD A. MONTGOMERY
 
OIL COMPANY EMPLOYEE, 59 Richard A. Montgomery, 59, of Levittown, an oil company employee, died Monday at Delaware Valley Medical Center in Falls Township.

 

For the last 20 years, he was a small oils blender for Castrol Oil Co. in Warminster. Earlier, he worked at Standard Pressed Steel Co. in Jenkintown for many years.

 

Mr. Montgomery was born in Philadelphia and raised in Bucks County, mainly in Bensalem. After serving in the Army as a sergeant, he returned to Bensalem, where he resided until moving to Levittown a year ago.

 

He was a member of the Eddington Fire Company.

 

Bowling was a favored pastime, and he competed in the Penndel, Keystone and Jubilee Leagues. He also enjoyed camping.

 

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Dolores H. Barth Montgomery; a daughter, Dawn L.; two brothers; four sisters; and a grandson.

 

A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today at Molden Funeral Chapel, 133 Otter St., Bristol Borough. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, 333 W. County Line Rd. (east of Pine Road), Feasterville.

 

The family suggests contributions to the Building Fund, c/o Church of God, 571 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, Pa. 19056.
