George K. Gordon, Jr. Obituary
George K. Gordon, Jr, of Warminster, passed away unexpectedly on November 7, 2025. He was 80. George was born on November 28, 1944 in Philadelphia to the late George Gordon, Sr. and the late Ruth A. Gordon. He is survived by his beloved wife Karen Ziwczyn; children Renee Pirrung and her husband Bill, Robin Martell and her husband Dave, and the late Nancy Gordon; grandchildren Jason Pirrung (Christine), Rachel Pirrung (Matt), Kaylee Pirrung (Margo), Lily Martell, and Abby Martell; siblings Scott Gordon and his wife Audrey, and Carol Cooke and her late husband Charles; and proud Poppy of Avery, Ryan, Riley; great-grandfather of Graham; he is also survived by a loving extended family and friends.
George was born in Philadelphia, and raised in nearby Bucks County. He was a proud graduate of Bensalem High School, Class of 1963. After graduation, George worked in multiple jobs before answering the call to serve his country when he was drafted into the United States Marine Corps. He received an Honorable Discharge in April of 1967. Upon reentering the workforce, George worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for the United States government and later at Masonic Village in Warminster. In his free time, George enjoyed working with his hands, motorcycles, and was a past Grand Master of the Free and Accepted Masons, Lodge #9.
Family and friends are invited to George's Life Celebration on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M. and his funeral service will begin at 4:00 P.M. at the Decker-Givnish Funeral Home, 216 York Road, Warminster, PA 18947, 215-675-2070. Interment will be private.
