I am so sorry to hear this news....Over the past 10 years Rick and I have been in touch and saw each other to catch up in 2016 and then again in 2017...

He was a hardworking fellow and very sociable and kind....I didn't know he was that sick or what it was but I do know I miss him and will remember him for the rest of my life.....Does anyone have any more info on how and exactly when he passed???

Tears in Heaven for you til we meet again Rick......

Your friend Irene

Even though I moved away after 10th grade, I remember Rich, and all my old friends, like it was yesterday and not 60 odd years ago.  Rich was in the Boyscouts with me, in Troop 60, Eddington.  We had camping trips throughout the year, but the best times were at Camp Okanickon (sp?) up in northern Bucks County in the summer.  If memory serves, Rich was usually involved in something that was unexpected but always funny.  Oh, to turn back the clock.....

Oh Rich Miller I am with you!! If we only knew how much toses days were going to men to us....sigh...we would have done a lot more I am sure..

I miss everyone and some of our mates are dealing with cancer, rehab and nursing home issues....I watch everything I can about the 50's and 60's...Just watched a great Everly brother re-union show in London at the Prince Albert show and it was fantastic.....I pray from this moment that I will see you and all the pals that are standing now very soon...I think with the loss we are experiencing, we should have something this summer!!!! We cannot run the risk of waiting another year to see our mates from Bensalem.....Let's see what we can do!

Blessings Rich!

My condolences to Rick's family and friends. I remember him well from our school days. So many nice memories of those younger years in our youth. Rick and I  kept in touch through FB and message chats. He did have a heart attack and surgery a few years back, but seemed to recover well. He seemed to be very active in Florida. He never mentioned any health problems that he was having after that. I last heard from Rick when he wished me a happy birthday in October of 2024. He had been very active on Facebook up until that time; then he went silent on the platform. I saw posts from his coworkers indicating he had passed, but I could never get any clarity as to when or why. His FB page has since been taken down. The class of 1964 is getting up there in age, so many are having some health issues. It is always sad to learn that another classmate has passed. I have very fond memories of Rick.

So sorry to learn of Richards passing. He was a great buddy, when I was at Bensalem, and I fondly remember cruising around in his Pontiac. My sympathies to the family of this fine gentlemen.

To Rick's family - my condolences to you.  He was a great guy and I remember many classes we had together.  So much fun - back in the day.

To my classmates - Shirley, Richard, Martin, and all you other derelicts (only kidding) - it is hard to think of all our classmates who have passed on.  Yes, we are now in our senior years and the end is in sight - hopefully still a few years away, but it is great to think back to our years at good old BHS.  All the classes we had and all the sports and extra curricular activities were so much fun.  Cherish the memories - and smile.  Be well my friends.
