John A. Eppinger - Class Of 1964

John A. Eppinger

John Alexander Eppinger – June 27, 1946 to February 27, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Alexander Eppinger.  At 76, John left this world peacefully and surrounded by his family to be with the Lord on the morning of Monday, February 27, 2023. John was born in Elwood City, Pa on June 27, 1946 and was blessed to be raised in a Christian home by loving parents who shared a passion for the Lord. He carried forward this passion and desire to serve God throughout his life by remaining steadfast in his faith and regularly engaged within the church. The countless church events he attended over the years are what often brought him the most joy and serenity. Our family is blessed and comforted to know that his enduring love and respect for the Lord has secured his place in heaven, and we very much look forward to the day when we will be with him once again.

John was a master craftsman who always sought perfection in his trade. He leaves behind a legacy of masterpieces as testament to his handiwork throughout the Bucks County area – most notably within Yardley, PA.With a generous heart, John was always willing to lend a helping hand to all in need – whether it be through a home or auto repair or by simply lending a sympathetic ear.  John is preceded in death by his sister, Sally Crozier, brother, Edward Eppinger, daughter, Tammy Grosso, and son, Donald Eppinger. He is survived by his sister, Anita Hess, his daughter, Melissa Schell, his son, Robert Eppinger, and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren that he loved and adored.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 25th at 3pm at Living Hope Church, 1271 East Maple Avenue, Langhorne, PA  19047.

In lieu of flowers, please kindly consider a donation in John’s name to the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia.
