| Philip T. Eggert
Bensalem Resident Philip T. Eggert, age 58, passed away on December 18, 2005, after a lengthy illness. He was born in Andalusia on June 22, 1947 to the late Philip J. and Alma S. Eggert (nee Jackson). He graduated from Bensalem High School Class of 1966. Philip was a co-owner of Eggert Fuels of Bristol. He loved to hunt and do duck carvings where he won ribbons and awards for his carvings. He was a member of the Harry A. Houseman Lodge No. 717 F&AM. He was the beloved husband of Dolores B. "Laurie" (nee Bannon) Eggert. Devoted father of Philip S. Eggert and Julie Elijah; Step father of Amanda Quinn; loving brother of Alma P. Wood (Joe), Clara Eckelmeyer (Ray) and Richard W. Eggert (Donna). Also survived by four grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend viewing Tuesday evening 7:00-9:00 p.m. (with a Masonic Service at 8:00 p.m.) and Wednesday morning 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Fluehr Funeral Home, 864 Bristol Pike (Route 13) Bensalem. Service of Christian Burial Wednesday 10:30 a.m. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Holy Redeemer Hospice, 12265 Townsend Road, Philadelphia, Pa., 19154. |

My brother Philip T. Eggert passed away 12-18-2005, after a courageous battle with cancer. I just wish I could have spent more time with you. You were a really good person and cared deeply for your family and others. I love you and miss you. I wish I could have made your last days a lot better for you.
