SUTTELL, Arlene Joann (R.N.) 65, loving mother and devoted wife, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014, with her family by her side. She was known as "Bunny" to most everyone who knew her, and her loving and friendly personality endeared her to many people beyond her family. Bunny is survived by her husband of 31 years, R. Kirk Suttell, DDS.; and three loving children, Lauren (with husband, Dr. Thomas J. Ullo), Nicholas, and Marissa. She also is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Carol and James Lake; her brother and sister-in-law, George and Betsy Krause; and her brother-in-law, Nolan "Ozzie" Martin. Bunny had four nephews, James, Michael, Stephen, and Todd, and six nieces, Eileen, Cheryl, Joanne, Elizabeth Ann, Barbara, and Debra. Her parents were George and Margaret Krause of Bucks County, PA, where Bunny was born. Bunny held a degree in business from Temple University and a Registered Nursing degree from St. Petersburg College. During her nursing career, she made life-long friendships and gained a well-rounded experience in other branches of her profession where her hard work and friendliness earned her the respect of doctors and staff alike at both Bayfront Medical Center and St. Anthony's Hospital where she practiced as a critical care nurse. Bunny left nursing in the mid-nineties to become the office manager in her husband's dental practice in St. Petersburg. Her medical background brought valuable knowledge to the practice and her friendly personality allowed many friendships to be formed with patients. Bunny will be loved and her memory will be cherished by her family and all who considered her friend, co-worker, and compassionate nursing professional.
