Edward F. ‘Hawk’ Thompson of Bensalem died Saturday November 5, 2016 at Thomas Jefferson University. He was 66.

He was born in Bensalem and was a lifelong resident.

Ed was employed with British Petroleum in the shipping department.

He loved classic cars; the Beach Boys; was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan; and enjoyed watching Western movies.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 35 years, Helen (Korabik); and a daughter, Natalie Gunsenhouser and her husband, Mark. He also is survived by a brother, Charles Davidson; and a grandchild, Laila.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, at Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 3 p.m. Interment will be held privately.Tomlinson Funeral Home, Bensalem
