Laura L. McClure of Bensalem, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2013, at Crestview Nursing Home. She was 60.
Born in Ft. Belvoir, Va,. to the late Lionel and Elsie LaCroix, she had been a Bensalem resident most of her life.
Mrs. McClure was employed as a Corporate Tax Manager for Charming Shoppes for more than 20 years, retiring in 2002.
She loved the beach, enjoyed making tie blankets, but most especially, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Charles McClure; her daughter, Melanie Paradise; and three grandchildren, Coby Miles, Morgan Miles, and Lauryn Taylor. She is also survived by one sister, Trudy Grate; two brothers, Lonny Roy LaCroix and Dean A. LaCroix, and his wife, Linda; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 8 p.m. Friday, January 4, at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Interment will be held privately. Friends may call Friday evening, 6 p.m. until time of service.
