Obituary
Melody Margaret Clampffer, a beloved sister, and cherished friend, peacefully passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 70. She was born on May 26, 1953, in Philadelphia, PA.
Melody lived a life filled with warmth, kindness, and a deep love for helping others. With her gentle spirit and unforgettable smile, she touched the hearts of all who knew her. As a hostess at Apollo's, she effortlessly made every guest feel welcome and valued.
A diligent student, Melody graduated from high school and carried her love for learning throughout her life. Her dedication shone bright as she continuously pursued excellence in both her personal and professional endeavors. Despite any challenges that came her way, Melody always displayed resilience and unwavering determination.
While her passing is undoubtedly heart-wrenching, let us find solace in the fact that she is now at peace, free from pain, and reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.
Melody will forever be remembered by her surviving sisters, Cheryl Heslin, and Terry Mavroudis (Pete), many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as her extended family and friends. Her compassionate nature and infectious laughter will remain etched in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her. Melody is predeceased by her loving husband Joe Neil Clampffer, her parents Abraham and Margaret (nee Weise) Moyer, and her siblings Abraham Robert Moyer, Sally Babcock, Tina Moyer, and Robin Moyer.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by her Service at 11:00 AM.
Within our grief, let us remember the joy Melody brought into our lives and find comfort in the knowledge that her spirit will forever guide and protect us. May her soul find eternal peace as she joins the angels above.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Melody's memory to the American Kidney Fund, as a heartfelt testament to her courageous battle against kidney disease.
