John T. Slawson

Blackwood, NJ

He was born March 1, 1955, and left this life on August 9, 2015 after a long struggle with diabetes. He is survived by step-brothers Paul Delguerico, of Ottsville, PA, and Tony Delguerico of Riegelsville, PA. John graduated from Camden County College on May 23, 1994 with an Associates degree in Accounting, and was awarded a scholarship to Rutgers University. He was an associate webmaster with MSN.com, and worked for the Fiscal Unit Dept. of the Camden County Dept. of Children's Services, and also for the Controller Union Organization for Social Service. John was an avid film buff from silent films to modern day, especially films of Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, and Oliver Stone. He was a fan of Monty Python, South Park and a variety of classic rock and other musical genres.
