Jeffrey Jay Shank, of Langhorne, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2026, at the age of 71. He is survived by his beloved wife of over 50 years, Holly Shank (née Peters).

Jeff was raised in Bensalem by his loving parents, Helen and the late Jay Shank. He graduated from Bensalem High School in 1972. Following graduation, Jeff began working at U.S. Steel, where he completed a five-year apprenticeship program. He worked in the 45-inch Rolling Mill as a millwright until the mill closed in 1991.

During his years at U.S. Steel, Jeff also co-owned and operated Kniffen & Shank Restorations. In 1991, he accepted a position with A & A Machinery Moving, where he worked as a rigger and estimator until his retirement in 2020. After retirement he continued estimating for A & A whenever needed.

Jeff was a true family man who cherished every moment spent with those he loved. He was an avid coin collector and had a lifelong passion for cars, especially his beloved ’53 Chevy pickup. He enjoyed playing pinochle and croquet with family, Texas Hold’em at the casino, and teaching his grandchildren how to play chess. Jeff was an enthusiastic sports fan who loved his Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies.

Jeff loved family vacations and spent many summers tent camping throughout the U.S. and Canada with his family. In later years, he enjoyed camping at Ocean View Resort by the Jersey Shore with his children and grandchildren.

Along with his wife, Holly, Jeff is survived by his loving children: Gregory Shank and his wife, Jennifer; Eric Shank and his wife, Jessica; and his grandchildren, Noah and Daulton. He is also survived by his mother Helen Shank, his sister, Teena Russell and her husband, Scott; his sister-in-law, Amy Auld and her husband, Steve; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Jeff was predeceased by his father Jay Shank, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Nan Peters.
