Joseph Mola Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by T.J. Fluehr Funeral Home on Aug. 4, 2025.

Joseph John Mola, a longtime resident of Bensalem, passed away at his home on July 30, 2025, at the age of 71. Joe spent most of his life in Bensalem and was a 1973 graduate of Bensalem High School. He was a contractor by trade and the owner/operator of the former Renovations by Joseph J. Company, specializing in painting and paper hanging. Simply put, Joe was a good time guy! He enjoyed catching a Phillies or Eagles game with family and friends and never turned down a Miller Lite or a good meal. Joe loved boating and fishing and summers spent in Wildwood cruising around the boardwalk on his bike and going to the water park. He cherished the fun memories made on his boat, Shore Thing, which he kept at C Dock at Lighthouse Point Marina, in Wildwood. Joe was the beloved fiancé of Jane Eckert; loving father of Andria (Steven) Tremblay, Julianna Mola (Fred Catalano) and Timothy (Nicole) Mola; and cherished Poppy Joe of Louis, Benjamin, Calvin, Cassian and Winona. He is also survived by a sister, Carol Deno as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Winona (Springer) and Joseph James Mola and a sister, JoAnn C. Kocher (John). Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 12 Noon until 2:00 PM at the T.J. Fluehr Funeral Home, 11010 Knights Road, Philadelphia, Pa 19154. Words of Remembrance will be shared at 2:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of his sister, JoAnn Kocher, to the ALS Association, 1300 Wilson Blvd., Suite 600, Arlington, VA 22209 or by visiting ALS.org
