Walter Ziegler - Class Of 1973
| WALTER H. ZIEGLER, 32, of Margate died Friday at St. Mary's Hospital in Middletown Township, Pa., after a brief illness.
Mr. Ziegler was a senior internal auditor for Resorts International Hotel and Casino for the past three years. He was previously a certified public accountant with Main-Hurdman Accounting in Princeton. He was a 1978 graduate of Drexel University and a member of the 1973 Bensalem High School graduating class. Mr. Ziegler was a member of the Bensalem Presbyterian Church. A resident of Margate for the past eight years, he had previously lived in Bensalem, Pa. Surviving are his parents, William F. Jr. and Dorothy E. of Bensalem, Pa.; two sisters, Dorothy E. Lindberg of Windsor, Ct., and Elizabeth E. Freidel of Dover, Del.; and one brother, William F. III of Langhorne, Pa. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pa. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Oncology Unit, M.S.1B., Langhorne-Newtown Rd., St. Mary's Hospital, Langhorne, Pa., 19047. |

Elizabeth Ziegler (Freidel) (1975)
My brother Walt died from colon cancer in August 1991. After graduation Walt attended Drexel University. Walt was living in Margate, NJ and was working as a CPA in Atlantic City at the time of his death. He had never married but had a big heart for all his nieces and nephews. Walt loved kids and he became and adopted Uncle Walt to any of his friends who had children.
