Obituary

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Frank MacAdams Sr, who went home to be with the Lord on June 4th, 2026 at the age of 69.

Frank’s legacy is being a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, cherished brother, beloved uncle, and a man whose life reflected the love and grace of Jesus Christ. For 47 wonderful years, he shared an unwavering bond with his beloved wife, Sharon. They were married on March 31st, 1979 and together they built a life rooted in faith, family, laughter, and unconditional love. Their marriage was a beautiful example of commitment, partnership, and enduring devotion. They cherished their time together enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and raising their family.

As a father, Frank was the kind of man who always showed up. Whether it was a school event, a late-night phone call, a celebration, or a difficult moment, his children knew they could always count on him. He led not only with words, but with steady presence, quiet strength, wisdom, and love. He was a protector, encourager, teacher, and friend to his children throughout every season of life.

Nothing brought him greater joy than being “Grandad.” His love for his grandchildren was evident in every aspect of his life, even arranging his work schedule to ensure he could spend time caring for them. He adored his grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them. From attending their activities to sharing laughter, and simple everyday moments, he made each grandchild feel deeply loved and cherished. His legacy will live on through the values, faith, and love he poured into their lives.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle with a servant’s heart, Frank lived his faith daily. He believed in helping others, offering kindness freely, and putting the needs of others before his own. Whether serving his church, supporting friends and neighbors, or quietly helping someone in need, he reflected Christ through humility, compassion, and generosity. His life was a testimony to faithful service and unconditional love.

He will be remembered for his warm heart, steadfast faith, gentle spirit, and the way he made people feel seen, valued, and cared for. Though his family grieves his loss deeply, they find comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the presence of his Savior.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sharon; his children, Frank MacAdams Jr and wife Jessica, Krystallyn MacAdams, Ashley Hoffman and husband Ryan; his cherished grandchildren, Isabella, Frank III, Alivia, Lilyanna, Hunter, Everett, Carter, Siennalyn, and Lincoln; and many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed by his life.

A service to celebrate and honor his life will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at Grace Family Church, 415 S Kinzer Avenue, New Holland PA 17557.

C. Stanley Eckenroth Home for Funerals in Terre Hill is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
