Joey moved to Phoenix, Arizona after serving as a language specialist (Russian interpretor) with the U.S. Air Force. He met his wife, Jan in the Air Force and after living in Bensalem for a short time decided to move to Arizona and worked there with the U.S. Post Office as a mail carrier until his death. He was a very kind and gentle soul who loved his family beyond words. He had an ability to laugh at life and was able to shrug off obstacles that would make the average man cringe. We all miss him tremendously, especially his contagious giggle.
