Sharon L. Thompson-Nesteruk '78
Sharon L. Thompson-Nesteruk of Buckingham died Friday, May 10, 2013, surrounded by her family at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She was 53.
Sharon was the wife of Vincent A. Nesteruk; and the daughter of the late Joan Thompson.
Sharon was raised in Bensalem, and graduated from Bensalem High School in 1978.
She was a longtime employee of Goodnoe's Restaurant in Newtown.
Sharon was a devoted soccer mom to her children's soccer clubs and the Central Bucks East High School Soccer teams. She enjoyed spending time with her family on the beach in Seaside Heights and Cape May, N.J.
In addition to her husband, Vinny, she is survived by her children, Sarah E. Koffley, Jacob and Madison Nesteruk; her grandmother, Florence Thompson; her granddaughter, Adelaide Considine; and her Uncle Bob and Auntie Barbara Thompson. Sharon also was the cousin of Justine, and the late Glenn Thompson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Prospectville, Horsham Township.
