Christopher W. Elinich of Springtown, PA passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. He was 64 years old. He was born in 1960 in Philadelphia to the late Vincent and Loretta Elinich.
Chris grew up in Bensalem, PA. He was a 1979 graduate of Bensalem Senior High School, where he was a member of the baseball team, and Lower Bucks Technical School.
Chris worked as a Field Engineer for Sorbus and DecisionOne for 20 years. Following his love to help homeowners with their home projects, he started his home improvement business. Chris did everything—framing, cement work, electrical work, plumbing, painting and siding. As his business grew, his wife Christine joined the business and worked as his assistant construction worker, secretary and bookkeeper.
For relaxation, Chris loved to play golf, watch the Phillies and Eagle games, and watch golf tournaments on TV. Chris was also an avid ballroom dancer. Chris and his wife learned Victorian dancing and were members of the Jamison Victorian Dance Team, performing their dances at different events in Bucks & Montgomery Counties and Cape May
Chris was a member of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church in Hilltown and enjoyed the fellowship and comradery of the parishioners.
Chris was a loving, caring husband, brother, uncle, son-in-law and friend. He always enjoyed being with those he loved. He will be truly missed.
Chris is survived by his loving wife, Christine; his brothers, Dwayne and his wife Irene, Paul Elinich, and Matthew Elinich and his wife Edith; his sisters, Patricia Elinich and Kathleen Thiel and her husband Tom. In addition, he is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Diana Elinich and Nancy Ziegler and her husband Robert along with his mother-law, Eleanore Cavaggion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Elinich, sister-in-law, Lynn Elinich, nephew, Tim Thiel, and sister-in-law, Jeannette Axe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Wednesday, August 13th from 10:00 AM until his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 100 Broad Street, Hilltown, PA. Interment will take place at a later date.
