Obituary
It is with deep sadness we announce that Michael (Mike) Vernon Koehler, 58, owner of Lighthouse Custom Glass, passed away in Myrtle Beach, SC on Monday, July 20, 2026. Born in Bucks County, PA on July 22, 1967, he was the son of the late Werner H. and Joyce M. Crouthamel Koehler.
Above all, Mike was a loving and devoted father, husband, brother, and friend. He loved to take his four-legged companion “Chippy” on daily walks on the beach, spend his free time golfing or listening to live bands, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, or spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his children, Morgan Koehler, Jake Koehler, and Kevin Stewart; wife of 34 years, Deborah Koehler; and brother, Paul Koehler.
Funeral service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD 21921, with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will be private.

To Debbie and all of Mike's family I want to send my thoughts and prayers to you. This news took me back to the tennis courts where Mike lived in Bensalem when we would play foot hockey against any and all neighborhoods. Always a friend. Rest easy Mike.
