In Memory

Brian A. Cornine - Class Of 1992

Brian A. Cornine

Brian A. Cornine

August 7, 1973 - February 7, 2024

Brian A. Cornine, age 50, of Bensalem, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Brian was always a hard worker and extremely passionate about whatever interested him at the moment. A Jack of all trades, Brian was mechanically inclined and, like his father, could “MacGyver” anything broken to make it operational.

He had a passion for automobiles and anything with a motor in it. He loved working on his 1968 Mustang in the back garage of his home. Brian was unbelievably creative and was always drawing or doodling on anything and everything he could get his hands on.

He had fond memories of sitting with his mother in their family room watching the History Channel or any “how things were made” programs on television. Bri also loved all the times he was able to go quadding or skiing with his family and close friends. He also enjoyed the times he was able to travel down the Chesapeake River along the Sassafras with Mr. Fluehr to fish and work on boats.

As a teenager, Brian was part of a BMX trick team, and he would always reminisce about those days. For many years he worked at his family’s restaurant and served as a line cook. He had a passion for cooking and was an unbelievable chef. In his later years, he did building and automobile maintenance at the funeral home.

Brian seemingly had a black cloud following him, resulting in an inexplicable string of bad luck that often led him to the Emergency Room with various breaks, cuts, and bruises, though he never let it affect his disposition, which was always upbeat and optimistic.

Brian was an old soul with a witty sense of humor who enjoyed making people laugh. He loved being an uncle to his nieces and nephews and was so proud of his large family. Brian loved being around children, mostly because it permitted him to be a kid again. Nothing made him happier than to see them with a smile on their face or have a good belly laugh. He will be sorely missed by all who came to know him.

He was the beloved son of Joseph C. and the late Eileen T. Cornine (nee Sheehan); Loving brother of Joseph P. (Tammy) Cornine, Christopher (Jessica) Cornine, and Terri Ann Cornine. Loving Uncle of Tyler, Ethan, Quinn, Fiona, and Rowan. Also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Gathering on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fluehr Funeral Home, 864 Bristol Pike (Rt. 13) Bensalem PA 19020. A Religious Service will be held at 12:00 PM.

Interment will be private.
