Obituary of Ryan Kite

Ryan Kite, of Marlton, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2026, in the arms of his family after a quiet and courageous battle with cancer. He was 39 years old. There are some people in this world whose love becomes the foundation their family stands on. Ryan was that person. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, a beloved son, and the kind of friend and family member who made everyone around him feel safe, supported, and loved. Ryan carried so much on his shoulders, often without complaint, because caring for the people he loved was simply who he was. To know Ryan was to know laughter. He had a quick wit, a sarcastic sense of humor, and a way of making even ordinary moments memorable. He could lighten any room, fix any problem, and somehow always knew when someone needed help. Ryan was the one you called, because no matter what it was, he would show up. His greatest love in life was his family. Ryan adored his wife and children with every part of his being. He was never happier than when he was with them, whether coaching baseball, working around the house, cheering from the sidelines, or spending quiet evenings at home. He built not only a beautiful home for his family, but a beautiful life, one rooted in love, hard work, and devotion. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and finding peace outside. He took pride in his home and in using his hands, and there was very little Ryan could not fix. He was also the ultimate Philadelphia sports fan, passionately cheering on the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers through every win and loss. Ryan dedicated his career to Pierce Services, where he worked as a Power Engineer and District Manager. He was respected not only for his work ethic and knowledge, but for the friendships he built there. He will be deeply missed by his coworkers and all who knew him. Ryan was preceded in death by his precious daughter, Charlotte; his grandparents, Allan and Maryann Kass; and his uncles, Allan Kass Jr. and John Kite. He leaves behind the love of his life, his wife, Heather; his cherished sons, Owen and Quinn; his mother, Marianne Kass; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Hanlon (Dan), Cheryl Hamilton (Mike), and George Kite (Lynn); his cousins, Sammy Hoffman (Chris, Heather Hamilton (Tim), Brittany Brogden (Jordan), Thomas Hamilton, Allan Kass, James Kass, and Joseph Kass; along with Lucas, Addie, Charleigh, Eli, Archie, Hunter, Allyn, Killian, Tristan, Wayne, many extended family members, and countless dear friends. Ryan was deeply loved, and he will be deeply missed. The void left by his passing is immeasurable, but so is the love he gave during his life. That love will remain — in the home he built, in the laughter he leaves behind, and in the hearts of his wife, his boys, and all those fortunate enough to have known him. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 noon at Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster Street, Riverside, New Jersey, for a viewing, followed by a prayer service at noon.
