We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Justin Daniel Gerstley.

Justin Daniel Gerstley, a longtime resident of Bensalem, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 38 years old. Born on December 10, 1987, to Alberta (nee Dalessandro) Gerstley and the late Robert L. Gerstley, Jr. in Langhorne, after high school, Justin worked for many years as a Union Brick Pointer.

Justin enjoyed following Japanese Baseball with his brother Marc. But he got true joy from helping others and would always jump in and help when someone needed him. He is credited by his neighbor Mark for saving his life, and a few years ago, when he heard a woman and her dog struggling in the Neshaminy Creek, Justin sprung right into action, like a superhero He was able to get down the muddy embankment and pull both to safety. He loved being around and spending time with his friends, especially when music was involved. Above all, though, Justin loved spending time and doing activities with his beloved dog Poncho.

He will be deeply missed by his mother, Alberta Gerstley, and dear brother Marc Gerstley. Along with his longtime girlfriend Laura Castiglia and cousins Steven, Michael, and Jennifer, and many nieces and nephews. He will also be sorely missed by friends Craig along with his mother Beth, Frank, Matt, Dave, Zach, and Lindsay, along with countless other friends.

Relatives and friends are invited on September 25, 2026, at 1 pm to Beechwood Cemetery 2026 Bensalem Blvd. Bensalem, PA 19020 for Justin's graveside services.
